Looking at my bank calender, I see that the 13th is a red bank holiday and that the 9th is a lightly shaded blue. We need to go to city hall and would like to know for sure if it is open on the 9th or the 12th as it's a long drive for nothing if closed. Does anyone know for sure what the holiday schedule is this upcoming weekend??
