On Suk road just south of the Klang traffic lights. they sell parts and repair scoots and have a few there for sale.

Large selection of 2nd hand bikes/scooters on Sukhumvit road (west side) about 50 yards south of the junction with Soi Chayapruk.

Some have very low mileage.

Can't vouch for reliability as I've only ever been a browser there.

Good selection and service good with regards obtaining transfered book. Two helmets and a jacket I got. Was pleased all round, however prices the going rate and little room for bargaining.

Coming from central road traffic lights at third road towards walking street theres shop on your left just past the first soi on your left with the sophon tv shop soi the thai owner speaks ok English I purchased a 2nd hand wave from him many years ago but he still remembers me when I call in a nice guy he has many 2nd hand bikes outside shop
