Just given them a call they speak English and they will tell you. I just talked too them myself this morning. I don't do mail in's. Maybe a mod can answer.

The rules posted on immigration's website is to mail it not later than 15 days before your report date.

There are some offices that allow it to be mailed later.

It would be best to check with Kap Choeng to see what their requirement is.

They do flip that number but that's the number I used this morning at 8:30 and had a nice conversation with an IO in English. As ubonjoe said 15 days before. Remember self addressed return envelop.

There is info here on immigration website for reports of staying longer than 90 days here including the required copies needed.
