After Pian ( patong Major) wasnt re-elected i was hoping for more good news .....N here it is along with the 70+ arrests today....

Those nasty Karon drivers all along beach road, especially near the soi to the old Phuket Hotel, need a few years behind bars. I've seen them instigate so many fights and confrontations with impunity, that it's a given the crooked Karon mayor is in their pocket. From first hand views, if their ilk cause an accident, they tell the victim to go away, but if someone hits one of their vehicles, they immediately surround the offending party and start the threats, then immediately move into violence. Good riddance to these scumbags.

Until I see convictions in courts of law ending in prison sentences that are not "suspended", I'll reserve judgement.
