Two conferences – the Myanmar Urban Development Conference 2014 and the Real Estate Show Myanmar 2014 – were recently combined and renamed Myanmar’s 1st Real Estate & Urban Build Platform. The conference was held at the Sule Shangri-La Hotel (formerly Traders) from May 26 to 28 and Hans Hulst was there for Mizzima Business Weekly.

I agree with Sardor Koshnazarov's comments at the end of article, although I would also point out that in some cases we've already advanced beyond that, as some investors have pulled out because they can't accept the land valuation.
