Can anyone direct me to where I can find arch support inserts for my shoes? Sports World had some cheap ones, but not in my size. Checked several pharmacies, but no luck. Any info would be appreciated.

I bought some rubber heel supports from Dr. Suthee's clinic opposite Wat Jet Yot about 8 years ago. I use them when I play tennis, 3 or 4 times a week. They cost 800 baht then, but they're practically indestructible so are as good as new. Probably the best 800 baht I ever spent here. At the time, next morning after a hard game of tennis my ankles would be sore and stiff, but since using the inserts no problem, ever. Try some of the other orthopaedic clinics if the one I mentioned is closed of too far away. I'm sure they'd do heel supports.
