Where to buy window catches in Chiang Mai?

I'm looking for the catches (handles) used to secure (and lock) wooden windows.

I can't find anything in the larger stores, only bolts and simple handles.

Anyone come across any in Chiang Mai? Also the spacer latches which allow you to open the window to different degrees.

I would expect to find that in any HomePro.
