There is a place called ACE on a soi off Niemanhamen that has courses. It is a great place that helps kids get into US universities, very supportive and knowledgable. Supported by the US State Department so it is not some private for profit rip off. Highly recommended.

Mike Hock is the man to talk with about US universities and preparation for applications but the staff can give you information and book courses.

EFL across the street from Prince Royal College is an excellent school for TOELF preparation. I believe you can take a mock test in order to see what areas you the most help. They are on Kaewnawarat Road host over the bridge heading out of the city. Look for the TOELF banner outside. best of success!
