1. Yes - you can order one (or more) just like you order a pizza.

2. They're guaranteed to work as long as there's money in your wallet.

3. They tend to sulk but can be replaced if necessary.

4. Some of the more indolent ones might need a quick prod to get them going but batteries aren't usually needed.
