I had really bad jet lag this time I arrived to Thailand and wanted to buy some Melatonin.

Went to look for it many many pharmacies without success until I finally found one. The pharmacy is located on Chang Klan road, at the night bazaar, map attached.

The price was quite steep (800 baht / bottle) as its a US import but it will last me for a long time for sure.

Just thought I'd post this if anyone is interested and so that the next one who googles "melatonin in Chiang Mai" will see this post.

on soi ratchadamnoen at the thaipae gate walk just past black canyon coffee and the first pharmacy on the left side of the road is a great pharmacy. the women who runs it is very knowledgeable and has it there.

The service is a combined effort between USPS (American post) and Thai Post made by an agreement. It used to be DHL but no more. NO, no other websites ship stuff that cheap as it's not even remotely possible. This is the only such joint arrangement between postal services that I have ever heard of.

I've used them for some time with no problem whatsoever, but I keep the order below $50 including postage.

I have used iHerb about 4 times. Once had to go and pay tax on the purchase. It was a $78 purchase and they only hit me for 465 baht. The next one came through with no problem. The other three times they were short on the postage the highest was only ten baht. I find them to be a great service I only had to wait 3 weeks once. The rest of the times they were right around 10 days. I am completely happy with the product I have received from them.
