Blood tests in Chiang Mai - Is there a hospital with a reputation for being cheaper?

Featured Replies

I went today....another example of how the private sector does things better than the government. Clean, friendly, and efficient......Consider me a customer. Easy to find from the SE corner of the moat.

Do they speak English at all?

Their English is more than sufficient....and 24 hours after the test; the mark is almost invisible. It wasn't like that last time I donated blood.....So the lady gets an A+ for her skills. It's a modest setting, and that keeps the prices down, too. Perfectly acceptable.

I agree, their phlebotomists are good, but to be fair, blood donation typically uses a larger bore needle, and if there is only minimal leakage, you end up with a bruise because of the length of time the needle is in place.

Just sayin' :-)

yes, agreed...simple cbc is a less invasive stick. Steady hands are helpful in both cases.
