Many years ago working with a group of colonial cousin " good ol' boys "and some Thai guys and Thai guys were being polite referring to the good ol' boys by saying "khun" this "khun" that and one of colonial cousins getting very miffed indeed and looked like he was fit to take a swing at one of the Thai lads, then it occurred to me why....
