Looking to buy or make a bike trailer to pull two toddlers in Chaing Mai?

Yep, crazy farang. We live qround some quiet empty roads and we'd like to bike around with our two toddlers in tow?

Any place to get, or shop in or around Chaing Mai who would help us make one with a couple bicycle wheels?

the one like in the first picture must be sold here because i see them everywhere. there are about 3 families that i can think of in our village alone that i see towing their kids around in something just like that.

I was out between saraphi and Lamphun yesterday and we saw a couple towing the child in a small trailer. the bikes they had looked like real tourers, big panniers; all black, no livery.

my first reaction was how cool, my second was that no way would i pull my child along the floor behind my bike. a car not noticing something at that height doesnt bare thinking about. (mum was the last in line however when we saw them)
