Any place to get, or shop in or around Chaing Mai who would help us make one with a couple bicycle wheels?

the one like in the first picture must be sold here because i see them everywhere. there are about 3 families that i can think of in our village alone that i see towing their kids around in something just like that.

I was out between saraphi and Lamphun yesterday and we saw a couple towing the child in a small trailer. the bikes they had looked like real tourers, big panniers; all black, no livery.

my first reaction was how cool, my second was that no way would i pull my child along the floor behind my bike. a car not noticing something at that height doesnt bare thinking about. (mum was the last in line however when we saw them)
