Interesting combo for architecture and landscape

Impressive shot, just be warned though lenses like that can be dangerous to your health.

I nearly stepped off a cliff a few weeks ago shooting with a 10.5mm fisheye even after hearing warnings about the dangers of people stepping into roads etc...

Freaky looking lens though, guessing its some kind of tilt shift?

It's the Canon TS-E 17mm f/4 tilt-shift. Very good lens.

it is a good lens. yet turning and twisting all the 'mechanical' controls, is not as flexible as its old-fashioned counterpart - a view camera with a bellow.

perhaps we have more choices today. with a super wide angle, as possible I keep a good vertical alignment to the screen grid; sometimes even waste 1/3 of the picture area. also post-processing helps a lot on adjusting the optical deformation.

just a bit quality trade off, yet my old shoulder carries another half kilogram less.

I can just about pull this off with the K-3 using composition adjustment where you can tilt and shift the sensor using the shake reduction mechanism, then do further alignment in LR5.
