Help needed from Khon Kaen members to find a room.

Dear, Khon Kaen, TVF members.

Could you, please, be kind enough and tell me if you know of a room with a toilet, I can rent in The actual KK city?

The reason is, that sometimes, I go to KK and have some beers and get a little tipsy........I said, a little.........

Don't want to chance it anymore and drive back to Ban Phai 45kms from KK.

No other reason...................

Now, the room has to be tops 2,500Baht a month, with air condition, and a tuk tuk drive range from the lake.

Preferably furnished.

Very difficult to find hotels at that time of the night.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Presumably you know you are going to partake of a "little" alcohol when you first arrive in KK so why dont you check into a hotel then???

or is it a double bed that you will be buying......lol

A descent hotel in KK, with air condition, costs about 600 to 800Baht a night.

As about, double bed...........noooooooooo, my wife keeps telling me I'm the best husband in the world.

In the Soi's leading to Bueng Kanakorn are several condo buildings where you might rent a condo for a monthly rent you indicate.

It is also possible to rent a condo on a daily base, any price between 220 and 500 baht a night.

On Chata Phadung, opposite the catholic school Mahatai, there are two reasonable condo buildings.

Anyway, you might, before you start the more serious business of drinking, do some checking?

They have many new apartments in Khon Kaen prices from 300baht a night with airconn and cable TV,,,just out side you can then get the buses which will take you into town, for a price of 9Baht,,,, also there is a nice fa-lang run bar come resort near by, which as a swimming pool, good food, and some half tidy falangs for some good old banter,,,

I think there might be a few hotels/service apartment buildings, around Soi Ban Kok (near NE university) area.

Have wife drive home, have a neighbor go with you as designated driver, bring the little lady with you and rent a real nice hotel room for a few nights and you can both get pissed.

I think there might be a few hotels/service apartment buildings, around Soi Ban Kok (near NE university) area.

There are a bunch of 300 per night rooms as above -- turn right at the light just before BigC as you are coming into town from the south.
