Infant Swimming

Featured Replies

Anyone familiar with Infant Swimming Research?

I've got a 3 month old that I want to toss in the pool with a qualified instructor. Anyone done this in BKK?

There is nothing contraversial about teaching infants to swim. The idea of teaching a kid to swim early can save their life. There are regular drowning tragedies here in Australia every summer, the swimming is not a repacement to vigulant attention.

I cannot speak about Thailand, but in Australia it is available in every major city. Some of the teaching methods in our area are a little too hippy for me, but many parents are happy with the people who do it. Laurie Lawrence the former Olympic swimming coach now specialises in this area in southern Brisbane.

Edit

Look at this thread.

:D Ours have both been in the pool since the end of the first roundof injections. Both swim like fish now. Give the dolphins a ring, they are pricey but do get results. :o
