tigerbeer
Been pondering about getting the Fuji F10 for a while. then the f11 come out. both award winning cameras. waited for a while and found out that the f30 was out based on the f10 and f11. sleek looking camera with major improvements, ie more manual features such as aperture and shutter priority, better lcd display (non glaring and excellent performance outdoors) and ISO pump up to 3200!. the ISO 3200 is quite usable though for small 4x6 pics. its priced at 14,900 at the moment with 512MB. i grabbed it and indeed very happy with it for something to carry around everyday. the lady at the shop is still wondering why at least one unit of the F30 is sold per day. perhaps she should learn more about cameras before selling them. its an award winner and highly recommended for anyone wanting a P&S. you cant go wrong with this camera. here is an example of a macro shot of a dragonfly at home. (some cropping, and resizing. no other PP done) still saving for my Nikon D50 SLR ... hmmmm..... for now this would work well for the kids, low light pictures.
