Does anyone know of any recruitment agencies on koh samui?

It really depends what you are looking for, and where. English speaking etc etc.

 

I am usually looking for unskilled workers (cleaners, pool boys, maintenance etc) and we get them from the 'local network'. Just ask all of the Thais that you meet 'Do you know someone .......' We now have a small list of people wanting to work for us.

 

The first question that they will ask is "Salary?"

 

There is at least one company that recruits for Hotel staff - sorry I cannot remember their details

There are a few signs around the island saying "Hotel Jobs" or something like that....(along the ring road)  they may be the same as the facebook link, Tropicalevo, posted above? Might be worth checking out...

 

Put signs up in Thai, at Tesco, Big C etc on the notice boards.... once you find one or two, they generally have a friend or cousin they know looking for work.... just ask people too.
