How to cancel visa extension appointment.

I have an appointment at Chiangmai Immigration for my "visa extension". I need to cancel it, out of consideration for others who might want it. I have checked the CM Immigration website and cannot find a way to do it, and there is no e-mail address either. Does anyone know how to cancel the appointment, or have an e-mail address?. I do not live in Chiangmai so cannot do it in person.

When I wanted to cancel a queue on line booking I phoned them up an was told not to worry just do not turn up

Could the booking be transferred to another person? I need to go to immigration in the next two weeks for a visa extension.
