ND, No, please don't, I get nervous!

He who must be obey has issued a Royal Decree.

He has saved you from a lengthy explanation of the difference between the Bos Taurus and the Bos Indicus.

Milk cures as a function of both the cows age and the clover content of the feed.

So on and so forth ...

Bugger ... I thought you were talking to me ... w00t.gif

Now, please back to the OP.

Why do Thais keep cows?

Enough messing around, as I can't guarantee Mr Charlie's actions, although I believe he is afraid of Mr ND's curse about the flees from a thousand camels, if he puts this thread to Pub.

Costas, are you absolutely sure that these beasts are cows?

Do they wear dog collars, wag their tails and bark?

What do you think, I'm stupid?

Dogs don't have big tits like thatwhistling.gif

do you really want the answer?

Those bills are often paid by farangs.

Nope, they don't 'often go sick'.

Don't trust that man.......he is full of promises and nothing else.

Prefer Mr Sustento, but I believe at the moment he is sleeping on the floor with his BF.

Do you know how much they sell the offspirng for?

A quote from my better half, "Cows are the number one easiest to take care and most money for sell."

I believe the price is 9k per newborn and 15k per 18 month-old cow. They just eat grass. The problem is finding it sometimes.

Welcome to my world. EVERYTIME I do something I wonder what's going to happen next. I feel much safer when doctor straps me into the white coat each nite.

There use to be a song about cows, I've been searching for it but can't find it. It went with the rhyme, "Thank god I'm a country boy".

I live in a village in Isan, where like you they keep cows. I have often asked myself the same questions. I am informed by my friend Pi Loong who keeps cows, that he breeds to sell. He will try and breed each year hoping to get to calfs. He will then sell off one calf and one older cow. However, like you, I am not too sure that it is a money earner, more a sense of standing in the village!
