Nong Guy's photo, from her Thai ID card.

PHUKET: -- The mother of a 13-year-old Phuket girl missing for four days has appealed to the public to keep an eye out for her.

Sirinut “Nong Guy” Chaowalert was last seen by her family at noon on Saturday (August 16). At the time she was at home with her elder sister in the family home in the Promphan Housing Estate near Super Cheap on Thepkrasattri Rd, just north of Phuket Town.

“It’s been four days since my daughter left the home,” her mother, Thitada Chaowalert, told the Phuket News this morning. “Her mobile has been turned off since then. I am very concerned about her.

“My husband and I were not at home but my older daughter saw Nong Guy leaving with a man who picked her up at the house. I don’t know what clothing she was wearing at the time, but her ID card photo might help to identify her,” she added.

She file a report with Phuket City Police on Sunday morning and posted Nong Guy’s photo on social media.

“This morning, I was notified by staff at the Super Cheap Minimart at Tha Reua that they saw her shopping there every evening with a man.

“I will search around that area. I hope she will come back soon,” Mrs Thitada said.

Anyone who spots Nong Guy or has knowledge of her whereabouts is asked to call her father Somsak immediately on 081-368-1436.

First, may N'Guy be safe and sound.

My question (as TV member sleuth Clouseau) if she is shopping at Super Cheap every evening with this man, the sister does not know who that is?Nobody at SC knows the guy? Nobody asked N'Guy about who she is dating or spending time with?

Again, may she please be safe and o.k.

Use a phone tracker! Yes it can even work when the sim is changed.

I really hope this is a case of another silly, selfish, immature 13 y/o girl. What a relief that would be. At this point I think her parents would be overjoyed if this turns out to be the case. I know I would be. Let's hope this turns out well.

Good news, and that was quick!

can close this post then, before more speculating

Thai girls will be girls...just a bit young...man should be found and hauled into the police station for questioning...I believe 18y is still the legal age of consent...

Let's hope she's not pregnant now. It has a tendency to happen.

Don't you have to be a moderator/admin to do that, or are you appointing yourself to the position of Thread Closing Monitor?

This forum makes money from the wildly speculative posts that attract more hits.
