Would love to check out any condos that suit this desciption, also would like it if the condo had no chance of having the views built out!

The high speed train to China is not coming any where near Chiang Mai. They ruled that out but did say possibly one to Chiang Rai. Are they any where near the hill sides that the OP wanted?
September 18, 201411 yr As far as I know, there is nothing on the mountain. As posted above Mountain View / Front condo is the closest you're going to get. They are not under construction. If you get any of the condos in front of it, you may have your view built out, as they are building all over that area now, but in front of Mountain View / Front, it's all green. Get a higher floor (looking at Suthep, not the parking lot) and you look out onto a green canopy of trees. It's quite nice.
