Do I need to bring lunch? The article dont say about eating there or not.

Any heads up what to bring and not to bring other then ehats in the article?

You have the correct website.

There will be a rider at the end with general advice wgat to bring.

I will advise.

Strong shoes and backpack to carry water and lunch. Theres usually a few water stops or sandwich stops.

There will be no 7/11 to rely on.

Mosquito spray and rain coat is a good idea at this time as is suncream and a hat.

Thats about it you will be out generally from 8 30 until 2 or 3pm that depends if the leader can remember the route.....yes some have forgotten in thr past.

You will enjoy usually a nice multi national group of between 15 and 25
