I/We have lived in the Nakornping Condo for 3 years now. You pay electric at the government rate and we have our own well. In house TV and internet. We have a pool good security laundromat, bank machine and 3 stores plus food stands right outside the door. You can walk to shopping and restaurants of all types, Chiang Mai Ram Hospital Dental School. I am 76 now and we push bike around including inside the canal. We have computer shops, buffet also within walking distance. I have a 3 year lease at a very good rent. There is a good supply of empty units at present. Minimum lease is 6 mos.
