Dont need to go further than 100m down Thapae road from the moat.

There are at least three places that usually have racks outside.

A great shop a couple of doors along from the Kafe on Moonmuang

Great set of period postcards at Rimping Promenada just after the check out counters. Take what you want and pay what you want. The money goes to a charity, I forget which one, but it's all explained in a poster there, next to the cards.
