what with executions in Vietnam?

Vietnam don't perform executions from 2012 because shortage of the drug used in lethal injections.

However there are around 600 criminals /murderers and drug traffickers/ condemned to death in prisons.

Vietnam's health minister told in 2013 that Vietnamese authorites couldn't execute hundreds of death row criminals because the European Union refused export the lethal drugs used in executions.

WHAT IS SITUATION NOW, IN 2014?

How to execute 500 criminals during one year or after?
