Around a month ago i purchases by Rimping golden flaxseed meal from red Mill butcant find iT any more in THE rimping promenade nor in THE city near THE river

Not by tops market central festival, not by THE bakers store on THE Old lampang Road

Does anyone where i could purchase this?

I use iT to make muffins for diet, any other suggestions to make simmilar muffins for diet are welkome

Flaxseed meal available at Central Foods. (Shelf at the back of the store)

Cheaper to buy Flax Seeds at Makro and grind yourself though.
