Chiang Mai Polytechnic College

Featured Replies

I was talking to a friend of mine and he mentioned his wife is planning on studying hair styling. Then he said the course was 1 Baht/hour! Checked the site out and there are many courses offered from Diesel maintenance, electronics, hair styling, bakery and even driver training. Most courses are from 1-5 Baht/hour. Government sponsored thus the pricing. Thought some here might find it of interest for their significant other. My wife has taken a lot of different classes herself from electronics to floral arranging/design.

I thought everbody's "significant other" was already in possession of at least an MA .

I guess the courses will give them something to do in the time off from running successful businesses.....

Sounds great. Thanks for the tip.

My wife and staff went last year....usually a low season offering.

They didn't pay as much as that though!

A lot are free.

So now i have girls that are talented in dressmaking embroidery leathercraft Chinese language and car maintenance.

The last girl did a course on ebay and paypal hoping so sell all the dresses she made......at least they have ambition don't they

They all went to the college directly across the road from the Honda dealer on huay kaew road.

Great idea isn't it.

If that's the place up on Huay Kaew, my g/f has also taken a few courses there for 1-5 THB per hour. I think she took some cooking courses and I can't remember what else. This was about 5 years back. She liked it there.
