I'm moving into an apartment and am needing to know what documents are required for my internet/phone.

Copy of your Passport that all they need the times i signup.

And of cause you need to know you address :-)

And you need to know if the place you live, allows you to use get you own phone line, True internet and so on.

Where i live i have ToT phone line, and True Internet is the only option here as the condo on the whole street have a "deal" about that.

So use other company for internet here, was a NO GO.

I was told this morning by a lady @ the True Call Center that:

1. With Work Permit: you can pay month by month

2. Without Work Permit: you pay 6 months in advance

Odd, I pay monthly and have no work permit. Must be a new change.
