evadgib Posted October 1, 2014 Posted October 1, 2014 A law that makes it easier for families to deal with the affairs of people who are missing and presumed dead comes into force in England and Wales on Wednesday. It follows a lengthy campaign by a charity and by relatives of some of those who've disappeared.
