If you are going to say that you bought it cheaper, say where.

I have seen a few posts where the price of the medication is mentioned, and someone pipes in and says they buy it for considerably less than the going price, but when questioned as to where they bought it at the said price they become very evasive or don't respond at all. In fact when I PM'd one poster who said that he bought a particular medication 400 baht cheaper than the 1300 baht I was quoted, admitted that he hadn't bought it at that price at all, but only 150 baht less. So people if you are going to brag about how cheap you get your medication at least share it with the rest of us.
