Has anyone good experience with a company to get these things done in a pro active way. I mean get the documents from government agencies themself or at least independent communicate with the external accounting to get it.

In opposite to give a list of documents and wait. Than verify for 1 week and tell what they didn't told the first time and sit on their hands again.....

Any recommendations?
