Pattaya - Chantaburi

Featured Replies

My wife is desperate to swim with a dolphin and found this place on the internet. :o

Oasis Sea World is located at Tambon Pak Nam, Amphoe Laem Sing, approximately 25 kilometers from the provincial capital of Chantaburi on Sukhumvit Highway (Highway # 3) in South Eastern Thailand.

How easy is it to get transport to and from there? Rough Travelling time and costs?

Any help is much appreciated. :D

Real easy to get there, swing onto the motorway after the Colchan hotel and just keep going.First passed Rayong and then straight on.Hit some traffic lights and turn right in Chantaburi. Can't go wrong.Sunday morning is the best, empty roads, foot down there in no time.

Hi,

How about posting more information like some web link to this place so that others too might benefit.

Or the obvious; Google "Oasis Sea World" :o

I get the shivers when anyone mentions captive wild animals in Thailand....i've not been to the Chantaburi Aquarium, it was closed when I got there.

However I fail to see how any institution that purports to be researching marine biology can justify putting live wild animals into a show.

I saw the show at Temple of Truth in Pattaya and a very sorry affair it was too. I don't think you can actually swim with the dolphins there....
