Where to rent in Nong Hoi

Thinking about renting in Nong Hoi due to close proximity to Varee school and the fact that school transportation isn't that great by the sounds of (not managed by the school).

Not knowing the area, I wonder if anyone could give any recommendations on the type of property and location and proximity to shops, restaurants, songtails, etc, etc. Are there any particular areas to avoid (I've read about flooding) or ones I should be focusing my search on?

Budget is around 15-20k per month and I'd want a 3 bedroom place with garden and off-road parking. Will my budget cater for this?

Prefer modern place, but don't really want to be on a housing estate, would prefer to be closer to the busy areas, food, markets, songtails, etc.
