Says the bloke who stated about Expats on this forum - quote ;- "You forgot to mention how spiteful these idiots are. Fancy getting bent out of shape just because people are enjoying themselves." Now that is the literal definition of the Pot calling the Kettle black. Throw a little sarcasm at him for making that comment and he not only does not get it - but he runs away when told what it meant. Stones and Glass Houses mate. Thanks for the laugh. -

I'm not being serious, it's fun to predict the end of times. Looking at this chart, America had a severe housing crash in 2008. This has to trickle down to China, Russia, and India. Of course, maybe it doesn't. So let's just see. When the million-dollar homes in Cali are priced at $600,000, let's see if that affects Asia. Currencies are too hard to predict. I do think I'll see 50:1 USD to Baht before I see 19:1. Now it's around 32.50. not one person has a clue, especially with China invading Taiwan on December 11th, 2025. OMG, Redacted!!!!!!!! Act like you didn't read that!!!! -

My theory is that there is organized and paid opposition to weed legalization. I'm guessing they focus-group tested this message and found a sympathetic audience since most people genuinely don't want to cause discomfort in others. That's why they come across as so upset about it - pure manipulation. -

Kasikorn Bank App: Facial Recognition required for certain transactions/functions from Jul 2
Section 1.2, where the 70 year age restriction is mentioned, concerns the application to use the banking app. There is nothing in the T&Cs about rescinding access to the banking app when a user passes the age of 70. I'm still in my sixties but I do know septuagenarians still successfully accessing the Krungsri banking app, which would tend to confirm my "way of looking at it". -

Border runs to Cambodia temporarily suspended
With extensive stay and previous ED visa you would require safe entry services. Recent thread on this a couple refused entry flying from Phu Quoc into BKK after brief trip to Vietnam. Refused entry. Returned using agent assistance no problem. Note the cost due to refused entry + ED visa approx 8k
