My husband is not eligible for a Non–Immigrant Visa Category “O-A” (Long Stay) because of his age. I will be coming to Thailand with the O-A visa. I have read on the Thai Consulate website that my husband will have to apply for the Non–Immigrant “O” does this mean he will have to travel out of Thailand every 90 days? vinny Posted July 31, 2006 Share Posted July 31, 2006 I believe that if your spouse can get a one year Non-Immigrant O visa or extension, then he need not travel out of Thailand every 90 days. See Non-Immigrant Visa "O-A" (Long stay) - visa for retired persons, IV. Recommendations for the aliens while staying in the Kingdom and Notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days.
