I need to ship some semi-fragile (not very fragile) stuff to the USA and need it packaged very well. I suppose DHL, FedEX or maybe even Mailbox Etc. can do a professional wrap for me, but I am not sure.

If I wanted to buy this stuff on my own, any clue as to where? I am in the Nimmen area.

Yok on the Super Highway sells a huge roll of it for barely more than you'd pay for a tiny amount at my local stationary store. I don't know how much you need but if it's a big packing job it might be worth the trip.

I need a very small amount. My local stationary shop may carry some. I'll check them out.

The only thing you will have a difficult time finding is Styrofoam peanuts. The only place we have been able to find them is at Lanna Packing located on the soi that goes to the rear entrance to Kamthieng Plant Market (from JJ Market). Only available by the kilo @ 750 Baht.
