Try asking the everyday Thais across the country and not the leaders who would say anything to save their own lucrative positions.

Ask the southern Muslim population what they think of the Junta too, I often wonder how many of these "leaders" have daily contact with their community ?

So all is well across the country there's free assault rifles for the South and Tourism is on the up with celebrity selfie week!! ?

Your either for them or your called in for a reeducation lecture. Thais are know to show their good side and keep what they are really thinking to their self.

Once again, the Thai Researchers in Community Happiness Association are polling the leaders in 626 communities that can be relied upon to give the desired responses. Apparently no other polls are sufficiently fawning, so the Community Happiness polls are the ones that get reported.

They would be silly to do otherwise under the circumstances, let's be honest..

The NCPO,is better than civil war which Thailand seemed to

be on the brink of,and which may return when power is again

returned to the politicians.

The "Thai researchers in Community Happiness Association"..............is this possibly just a catchy pseudonym for the NCPO?

Certainly rolls off the tongue easily enough....................

Its the sycophantic , hand wringing language that does me " The second most stunning performance,,,,,,,"

Really sickening and worrying to see this kind of propaganda being wrapped up as a factual news report

Your point would have been valid had there not already been an ongoing 10 year civil war in the South of the country, you cant start something that's Already taking place!!

i think this says it all about priorities in Thailand...

Believing this poll is only a little less absurd than gauging the PTP's popularity on an election from over 3 years ago.

... But absurd nonetheless.

No doubt a multiple-choice poll:

Are you satisfied with NCPO?

1.Very satisfied

2.Very satisfied

3.Very satisfied

4.All of the above

Or they asked: Are you satisfied with NCPO in compare with the last 4 government?

Who could seriously tell no?

Well done to the most popular PM in the last decade.

I would have given them 10/10 for stopping a civil war, but the 7% minority would never have had the backing ergo why I gave them 10/10 for stopping terrorism against women and children in Bangkok.

They have stopped the 10 year civil war in the south already?

Somebody needs to tell the press this most excellent news!!!

Fine print at the bottom: ***Refusal to answer any of the questions above will be taken as opposition to the current leadership and will therefore lead to a brief to long stay re-education school***

Well, for starters, they plan to use public money to erect gargantuan statues of '9 great Thai kings' at Hua Hin....

Thailand's most successful mobile phone operator could have helped on the phones, and maybe in the Chaing Mai area?

"which covered leaders from 626 communities countrywide", So it wasn't the general public? but the 626 leaders that just had their posts confirmed by NCPO?
