Recommendations for Respirologist/Pulmonologist in BKK

Featured Replies

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good respirologist / pulmonologist in BKK.

Unfortunately my asthma has kicked up significantly since moving to BKK after spending six months in Phuket. I now require 12 times the Symbicort I was taking in Phuket, and 4-5 times what I was taking when I was living in New York City and Toronto. Further, I am now taking my bronchodilator several times every day (which is very unusual for me). There has certainly a strong correlation between my symptoms and pollution in the past, and I am considering a move back to the fresh air in Phuket, but I would like to get a professional opinion if possible.

Thanks.

I've been seeing Dr Panneeda at Vibhavadi Hospital for about five years, quite happy with her management of my adult onset asthma. I'm on Symbicort 2x a day and apparently well managed, no problems.

Thank you Sheryl. Have you had any interactions with this physician or is your recommendation based on his solid credentials?
