Is this the same technology which Nokia got to the markets some time ago as Refocus. https://refocus.nokia.com/ and http://www.engadget.com/2014/03/14/nokia-refocus-camera-app-lumia-update/

Everything is in focus until photographer decides how the focus is handled.

for a few years now. I like the design & how they work. Very interesting indeed.

At the moment this thing pumps out 4mp equivalent pics from its 40 "megaray" sensor. So I guess 10 megarays to a megapixel?
