I just cancelled an online appointment for Monday 24th November at 9:00 if you want to try your luck with the queue system.

Call on 053-201755 or 6 to cancel. You may need a Thai speaker to begin with. No way to cancel online but they seemed to appreciate being informed.

It's very easy to cancel on line. I've done it. If you go back to the website with your reservation number you can do it.

Guessing one who is not in the know, could know if one could be bothered to call the number mentioned. However, this one isn't that curious as one has bigger fish to fry ;-)

There really doesn't seem to be a way of cancelling it online even using the queue code to sign in with.
