Leather upholstery

Featured Replies

Does anybody know where I can get a leather chair repaired or re-upholstered ?

I have checked several upholstery shops around the Island but they will not do leather.

Maybe try Surat Baan Suuay..Near Big C on the oppodite side of the road. Not cheap though.

Problem with leather is that it requires a much stronger needle and machine than most shops have. Try a shoe repair shop. They have the equipment at least to sew leather. Not sure how nice they can make large seems though.

There's a leather repair shop halfway between Ring-road Chaweng and Dao Market.

He fixed my saddle bags and fixed a motorcycle seat for my friend.

Where is Dao Market?

Maenam, opposite Santibury Resort is a repair shop. They did an excellent job for me and the final price was lower than the fair quote (not so difficult, so cheaper)... smile.png

There is also one about 100 meters after Santibury entrance towards Nathon, but I haven't used it.
