Hydraulic Shop? Hoses Made?

Featured Replies

I have a line for my smoker replaced (from USA not Thai type fittings)...

I know that a shop the makes hoses for hydraulic lines for tractors - automotive - heavy equipment/AC/PS applications can do this - just have to find one.....

We asked a our local garage and were told the hydraulic shop by a Wat - since there's more Wats around here than Edison ever envisioned in his wildest dreams I'd like to narrow it down a bit...the shop we asked at was in Doi Lo (25K out on the road to Chom Tom) so maybe it's in the Hang Dong area.....

Travel north from Chang Puak gate until you reach the superhiway.

Turn left & then do u turn when you can.

Drive back the way you came, take the slip road to the left & look out on the left side.

There was a place that made hoses along there, but it was a couple of years ago that I visited.

Im intrigued, hydraulic hoses on a smoker ?

No - no hydraulically lifted racks or lid .....no low rider jumping suspension......

The hoses (Thai) don't match up & the hose that bubbled/popped looks more like a PS hose than anything else.......the regulator is for 140-160 BTU at 10 PSI - the Thai regulators are set at about 29.5 PSI......I've thought about converting if I can find an adjustable regulator + a way to measure ++ find a burner that will be about the right size and mate to the frame.....but so far that search has failed.....

There must be a shop that makes hoses (hydraulic) that would carry LPG and somebody must make hoses for automotive LPG - feel like a real hydraulic hose place is my best bet to find a place that can use my fittings replacing the hose - if I'm real lucky maybe braided hose....

Thanks for the info....I'll give it a try.....
