Anyone having problems connecting the wifi? I upgraded to the iPhone 6 Plus with package that has free wifi, but have been having problems connecting to the wifi.

I put in my login details but I keep getting a message saying it is incorrect. I went to an AIS shop and was told that wifi is not guaranteed to work because it depends on how many people are using it.

In other words they are saying I have to wait until someone logs out of the system before I can log in, which is total BS as I had no problems with my old phone.

Do you have problems connecting to other Wifi networks?

Oke that rules out that the wifi on your phone is faulty.

What I usually do when typing passwords is: type the password in "notes" select it, copy it and paste it in the website where it's asking for the password.

This makes sure that you are not typing in the wrong password. (Just a guess here)

Else, no idea sorry.

I do that for complex passwords, but this is only 4 numbers. Gave them a call and they reset, guess will need to wait and see if it works. Thanks again.
