Off topic but if you buy your tiles at local shop (assuming that they sell what you want) then it will be a lot lot cheaper.

Havnt you ever noticed how their little eyes all light up with the anticipation of doing business with a NON T.

About a year ago we had a couple of builders in to knock out the back of the house for a new kitchen (Samut Prakan) but when they realised when I put in an appearance that I could be a walking ATM they really got excited.....simple lads frae essan prob.

Although I spent the rest of the day lugging debrise/rubbish out to the front of the house (lending a hand)which confused them...it didnt stop them trying to up the ante for the job.

Wife gave them a beer each at sundown and told them not to bother coming back next day.....simple.

next day we got her brother and another crew and they whacked out a great job...demolishing ,plastering,plumbing and best of all tiling.(I did the electrical)

We may even fly them all up to C.M.one day when we get round to doing the "Big Hoose"...nuff said...
