Anyone have any idea where I can find organic cinnamon sticks in bangkok? So far I have only been able to find organic cinnamon powder . The only stick form which I have been able to find have not been organic . I would like to buy organic ones in stick form

I would not be worried about organic as cinnamon is a tree bark.

What I would be worried about is FAKE CINNAMON

What you find as cinnamon stick is 99% of the time NOT CINNAMON BUT CASSIA

Cassia looks like cinnamon, tastes like cinnamon but is cheaper than cinnamon,has not the same properties and can cause damage to your liver
