Indeed, I am in Rome (and that is no hardship).

But going back to what I was saying, I protfolio on contacts I have made and make through my full time job, as a consultant egnineer I need to build an expertese on the right kind of projects/clients, I can only do that through direct exposure through my full time employers.

As I have said before, the reason I left Thailand was for career and pay reasons and like with many plans to settle in Thailand the key in my case is earn money, reputation and expertese elsewhere before taking that back to Thailand.

The oil and gas business is booming right now, and all the real money is being made outside of Thailand, so 'ere I am'.
