2nd year user and I couldn't be more happy!

If you've got all the required documents and criteria and copies it's as quick as sh%t through a goose.

Sure ya gotta wake up (or stay awake) till 1 second after 12:00am starting 100 days out from the start of 30 days out from your final deadline and this may take a few nights until you get a spot (clear as mud?)but it works!

I'm retired and " living the dream"and the aforementioned inconveniences are nothing to me. It took me 3 nights to get my spot. First night… slept in, woke up 1:10am all spots full. 2nd night, logged in too early thinking the web site would let me in first when it went online…not! 3rd night's the charm. Waited till exactly 12:02 clicked on the web site and BINGO! All times where mine for the choosing. I took the first, 9:00am.

If you have made an Online booking resv. show up a least a half hour before your appointment. Then go to the info isle just to show you're here and ready . They'll tell you to have a seat and wait to your name is called at your scheduled reservation time(mine was within 5 min.)

As a footnote… living aprox 90km from Chiang mai to make our 9:00 am appointment this meant we would have to leave our village by 6:00 am. However the drive in from the sticks of Lampang Province to Chiang mai watching the the sun rise over the mountains with my baby sittin next to me….not a waisted day.
