In-Line skates (roller blades)

Featured Replies

Does anyone know/seen a place to purchase these? I'm looking for something usable outside mostly verses a pair made strictly for indoor use. I'd like to get local and not have to order them also.

yes, we got our kid some from sportsworld... not the greatest, but fine for outdoors and kid use... twice in 3 yrs the boot has come away from the skate, but a quick trip to any local

shoe dude fixes it up for another 6 months at least at the princely sum of 50 baht

Kiniyeow (Sounds like a Philippine food dish.... raw fish)

Go to the search function and type in rollerskates, a guy is selling a pair of K2 rollerblades complete with safety accessories. Boots size 42 for just 1000 baht. He`s also in Hang Dong so not far to go to check em out. Pity Im a size 44 or Id be tempted to buy them. K2 were a good brand in NZ with ABEC 5 bearings..... very fast and smooth skating as a result.smile.png

Thanks, I was able to get ahold of him and purchase them from him today. Thanks for the info!

Good to hear, let us know how they are.... and hopefully you dont fall too often. The safety gear is a real bonus too. I think rollerblading down Doi Suthep would be a bit of a buzz, but maybe the road isnt quite smooth enough and too many obstacles ie Songtheaws

Enjoy
