keto diet

I'm on a keto diet. Does anyone know where can I get a reasonably priced coconut oil and lard? I know of a place that sells the oil for 600 B for a .5 l bottle; that's a lot, and lard...haven't seen it in any store I go to.

I use pure unsweetened peanut or almond butter for healthy fats when on a ketogenic diet.

you can buy 1 litre bottle of virgin coconut oil at the big super cheap for around 480 baht , i also buy a cheaper grade coconut oil and use just for cooking with ..the lard i am unsure of but high quality butter is a good replacement ... almond butter is a far better choice , Phuket Health sell it 100% natural and is a great energy fix .... peanuts should be eaten rarely if at all .... flaxseed oil also very good , extra virgin olive oil also good gear ..goodluck ...

Lard is very easy to make yourself.

Go to your nearest wet market and buy some pork fat, take it home and

cut into cubes heat it up until it is rendered to an oil like consistancy and

strain, let it cool and you have your lard. be sure to keep in the fridge in

these temperatures.
